Chief Executive Officer

A Management consultant and Human Resources professional, having a strong business acumen, from knowledge in company formation, management & operational process, revenue management, human resource management, energy & environment management. A graduate of Human Resource Management from Ryerson University Toronto, Canada, a Master certificate in Sustainable Innovation from University of Vermont, USA, including a Masters Degree in Management. He is a full corporate member of the Institute of Hospitality, Surrey UK. Dar has gained over 20 years experience from the Middle East and North African, Energy & Environment, Aviation, Property, Hospitality and Leisure sectors.

Melanie Perera

Group HR & Administration Officer

Melanie has been in the UAE for over 10 years and have gained most of her work experience in Dubai. She is an experienced administrator and has gained knowledge and experience from the hospitality and interior design sectors. A Canadian Registered Professional Engineer, with degrees from universities in Canada and the U.S.A. Extensive consultancy and management expertise and experience in Business Startups, Marketing and Operations in many Middle Eastern countries, Europe, North America and the Far East. Expertise covers diverse fields from Energy and Environment to Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction. Served as Honorary Consul of Canada to the Sultanate of Oman and is the founding chairman of the Canadian Business Council, UAE.

Jan De Wachter

HR Consultant & Advisor

Jan De Wachter has a B Com (Personnel Management) and a B Com (Honours) degree in Industrial Psychology (Registered as a Psychometrist) and more than 22 years experience in all facets of the field, including administration, recruitment, selection, training, OD, facilitation, IR and change management - He has also been the heads of departments of Recruitment and Selection (five years), Organisational Development (Seven years), Training and Development (Six years).

Suesan Danesh, B.A.

Associate Partner & Management Consultant

A fully bilingual professional graduate from Ottawa University in Canada, she brings project coordination and management experience from a number of diverse organizations both public and private. Having a strong instinct for business, solid management know-how and work ethics, she provides consulting services and offers effective management solutions.

Danish Haidri

Associate Partner & Recruitment Consultant

A recipient of the ‘Deans Award’ from The American International University in London with degree in Marketing & Economics Danish has over a decades experience in training and talent acquisition. He has been in the Middle East since mid 70′s and is well versed with the regions cultural dynamics and ethics. He is tri-lingual and has worked with both multinational companies and family businesses in the region. Danish is a certified McQuaig Interpreter.
